JR is one of the world's biggest street artists and a recent winner of the TEDx peace price. His global Inside Out Project pairs a photography team with a community in order to capture photographs of community members. The resulting massive photographs are wheat-pasted on top of community buildings and homes.
25 photographers were selected to participate in the Manifesto partnership project, and 500 large photographs will be pasted to the Artscape Shaw YOUNGplace and Regent Park Arts & Cultural Centre hoarding during Manifesto's 5th Annual Festival of Community and Culture, September 15 - 25.
